BOOKING DEPOSIT

The deposit to be paid in order to confirm a booking is 30% of the total cost.

If this amount is lower than the price of the first night, the amount needed to confirm the booking will be the cost of the first night.

DEADLINE FOR CONFIRMATION

A 10% of the total cost must be paid at the time of making the reservation. The remaining 20% needed to complete the deposit can be paid later, always before the deadline.

- The deadline for stays between May the 1st and October the 31st, for stays between December the 20th and January the 5th, and for stays during Easter, is 15 days before the check-in date.

- The deadline for stays during any other time of the year is 7 days before the check-in date.

CONFIRMATION METHODS

• Credit or debit card.
• Deposit or transfer into the account detailed at the end of this email.
• Cash settlement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the booking is cancelled before the deadline (see "Deadline for confirmation"  above), the deposit paid will be reimbursed except for the first 10% which is non-refundable.

If the reimbursement must be made via bank transfer, a processing fee of 10 Euros will be charged.

If the booking is cancelled after the deadline or in case of no-show, we will keep the whole amount of the deposit (30% of the total cost of the booking).

RESTRICTIONS

Apartamentos Guerrero provides its customers with apartments of one and two bedrooms in which a maximum of 4 and 6 people respectively will be allowed to stay, including use of the sofa bed.

The minimum stay will change depending on the season.

For one-night stays, it is possible to check out late for a fee (subject to availability).

CONDITIONS IN RELATION WITH CHILDREN

Children under 2 years can stay free of chaarge in baby cots that we can provide on request.

ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed in the apartments, with the exception of small pets that weight less than 2 kilos. Please provide details before making a reservation.
